He is the co-founder of Microsoft and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, both of which have played a massive role in shaping technology and philanthropy, respectively.

Gates has remained a billionaire for over three decades and has often been listed in the Forbes list of one of the richest men in the world for years.
According to the Business Insider, Gates is so rich that he makes $1,300 per second! If he spends $1 million daily, it will take him 400 years to spend it all.
Gates’ reach in technology, investment, and philanthropy is so far and wide that people have begun creating baseless conspiracy theories against him.
Indeed, one might question, with all such achievements and fame, does Bill Gates even have some regrets?
Yes, he does.
A few years ago, Gates hosted an Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit, informing netizens to question him about anything.
Someone asked Gates what his biggest regret in life was.
To this, Gates gave an answer that was somewhat unusual, considering all the work he does worldwide.
“I feel pretty stupid that I don’t know any foreign languages,” was what Gates revealed as his biggest regret.
Gates remarked that he took Latin and Greek in high school that helped improve his vocabulary.
However, Gates regrets not learning a language, such as French, Arabic, or Chinese, that might have helped him explore new avenues in the world and interact with a broader audience.
Gates also lauded Mark Zuckerburg, the founder of Facebook, for learning Chinese (Mandarin) while running Facebook simultaneously.
Zuckerburg’s Chinese skills are so good that he often interacts with the Chinese in their native language and gets a whole new perspective into the Chinese market.
Indeed, it is pertinent to note that learning new languages should be encouraged as it is a healthy skill with tremendous benefits currently and in the future.
