The PTI local members also proposed that the division of hospitals should be based on an administrative basis.

Sources have revealed that the initiative has been taken to give the PTI an electoral advantage and further reduce the hold of the PMLN in the city.

Lahore, the capital of Punjab, is Pakistan’s second-largest city after Karachi, with a population size of over 11 million. Meanwhile, it is the 18th largest city in the world.
