PM Imran Khan visits ISI Headquarters. Prime Minister Imran Khan accompanied by Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Headquarters.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan accompanied by the Army Chief visited the ISI Headquarters and was received by DG ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Planning Minister Asad Umar, Air Chief Mujahid Anwar Khan, Naval Chief Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, and Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza.
According to sources, the Prime Minister apprised the national and military leadership of the regional and national situation in the meeting. It may be recalled that the Prime Minister had visited the ISI headquarters in June this year.
Director General ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed received the Prime Minister and briefed him on the implications of Corona along with the challenges faced on the internal and external fronts. On this occasion, the Prime Minister had stressed that no effort would be spared for the protection of the security and sovereignty of the country.
