The overflowing drains and foul smell emanating from open gutters are making life difficult for the area residents.
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been responsible for providing municipal services in Islamabad, but it seems that the corporation has completely neglected the France colony.
Call it the result of poor management or lack of civic knowledge, the number of such dirty localities has been growing, with the authorities seemingly helpless in finding a solution.
