Pakistan announces 20 members squad for Test series against England

Pakistan has announced a 20 members squad for the three-Test series against England, with Azhar Ali as captain and Babar Azam as vice-captain.

According to details, Pakistan has announced a 20 members squad to challenge strong England in English conditions, with Azhar Ali as captain and Babar Azam as vice-captain.

Imam-ul-Haq, Shan Masood, and Abid Ali will play as openers in the squad. Sarfraz Ahmed and Wahab Riaz also returned to the team. Asad Shafiq, Fawad Alam, and Mohammad Rizwan will handle the middle order.

The bowlers include Naseem Shah, Shaheen Afridi, Muhammad Abbas, Yasir Shah, Kashif Bhatti, Sohail Khan, Imran Khan Sr. and Usman Khan Shinwari while Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan will act as all-rounders.

The national cricket team is in England to play a series of three Tests and three T20 matches. The first Test between the two teams will be played on August 5.
