Number of critically ill corona patients rising sharply in Pakistan. It was informed in the NCOC meeting that the rate of positive corona cases in the country has reached the highest level. Federal Minister Asad Omar said that individual and collective roles have to be played to control corona.
According to details, a meeting of the NCOC was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Asad Umar, in which the provincial chief secretaries participated through video link.
Briefing the COC on the situation of corona in the country, the concerned officials said that the overall rate of positive corona cases in the country is 7.20 percent, which has led to the highest rate of positive corona cases in the country.
It was informed in the briefing that the rate of positive corona cases in Peshawar is 19.65%, positive corona cases rate in Karachi is 17.73% and positive corona cases rate in Hyderabad is 16.32%.
The briefing said that the number of critically ill patients of Corona is increasing rapidly and the number of critically ill patients of Corona in the country is 2,112.
The official added that the rate of positive coronas in Azad Kashmir is 10.79 percent, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 9.25 percent, in Sindh 13.25 percent, in Balochistan 6.41 percent, in Islamabad 5.84 percent, in Gilgit-Baltistan 4.81 percent and in Punjab 3.59 percent. Meetings were held with Asia on health guidelines.
