Multan is likely to host Zimbabwe team

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to hold Pak-Zimbabwe cricket series matches in Multan and Rawalpindi.

The cricket series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will be played in November this year for which the Zimbabwe team will arrive in Multan from Dubai on October 20 and will stay in a quarantine environment for a week.

The starting dates of the series are yet to be finalized but venues have been decided and the series matches against Zimbabwe will be played in Multan and Rawalpindi.

Multan will host the T20 International match for the first time and the first international match will be played in Multan after 12 years while all the three matches will be played at Multan Stadium.

Rawalpindi Stadium 3 will host one-day international matches, after which the Zimbabwe team’s tour will end on November 10.

After the Zimbabwe series, Pakistan Super League Five matches will be played on November 14, 15 and 17 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, while no international matches will be played in Karachi this year.
