Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has filed a lawsuit against 7 London properties including the residence of Bani Muttahida.
According to details, MQM Pakistan has claimed ownership of properties in the London High Court. Sources said that MQM Pakistan has filed a claim against Bani Muttahida, his brother, and 5 others.
According to the report, MQM Pakistan has claimed a total of seven London properties through a London law firm, sources said, adding that the ownership of these properties is around ً 10 million.
This claim has been made by Aminul Haq, Member National Assembly on behalf of MQM Pakistan. Tariq Mir, Muhammad Anwar, Iftikhar Hussain, Qasim Raza, and Euro Property Development have also been nominated in the case.
The properties that have been sued include the residence of Bani Muttahida. Lawyers have claimed that MQM Pakistan is legally entitled to these properties. Lawyers say MQM is entitled to legal ownership of Pakistani properties under British trust laws.
