Islamabad High court summons Nawaz Sharif through Newspaper Ad

The Islamabad High Court, while ordering the release of Nawaz Sharif’s advertisement, said that if the accused did not appear within 30 days, he would be declared an absconder.

According to details, the appeals of Nawaz Sharif and NAB were heard in Azizia and Aven Field References in the Islamabad High Court by a division bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar.

Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer and Additional Attorney General Tariq Khokhar appeared before the court on behalf of the federation.
